HOPE can lift us up and give us the extra courage we need to take on life’s unknowns!
In the spirit of hope and adventure, this short sleeve shirt is named for our friend Lisa Congdon, who encourages us to dream big. Lisa did not begin painting or drawing until she was 31, never went to art school and did not study art in school. This did not stop her from finding her true passion. She now works for clients around the world including Method, Target, Comme des Garçons, Crate and Barrel, Facebook, MoMA, REI, and Harvard University among many others. She is also the author of nine books.
Lisa is a queer artist, designer and writer living in PNW with her wife and doggies. You can find her on her bike when she's not drawing pictures, creating colorful paintings, hand lettering, or designing satisfying object arrangements.
